| Barry
Cooper is licensed in the state of Florida and nationaly
certified by the National Certification Board of Therapeutic
Massage and Bodywork. Barry Graduated from the prestigeous
Florida College of Natural Health's basic European Swedish
Massage program in Orlando, Florida. This was after spending
more than 18 years as a hospitality professional in various
hotels and resorts in New Jersey and over 12 years in
Florida. Barry's passion for service, desire to be true
to living stress free, and wholistically came while having
a steady Yoga practice for two years. Barry is a Certified
and Registered Yoga teacher through Yoga Master Edely
Wallace at Yoga Matrix, a Registered Yoga Alliance School.
Besides Swedish massage, Neuromuscular Therapy (deep tissue),
various Spa services, Barry holds Certifications and receives
continual training in Classical Thai Yoga bodywork (Nuad
Borarn) under the dynamic Michael Buck, and is currently
enrolled in the Ayurvedic Practioners program at the Ayurvedic
Academy in Seattle, Washington's Bastyr University. "This
would allow me to share with clients and friends an over
4000 year old Science that will help you improve your
health, prevent illness, heal disease, and promote longevity".
As an Ayurvedic Practitioner he will be able to help others
in their healing process by being their teacher, wellness
coach, and healer. Ayurveda considers that each of us
is a unique individual with a unique physiology and your
specific condition. An Ayurvedic natural healing program
includes customized nutrition & lifestyle guidelines,
healing herbs, gentle detoxification with Pancha Karma
cleansing, appropriate exercise & yoga postures, special
daily & seasonal health routines, rejuvenation Rasayana
therapy, aroma therapy, music therapy, Pranayama, and
meditation. |
